2. Description
DCL320C00/DCL320D00/DCL321C00/DCL321D00 are low power dual-channel digital isolators. Outstanding performance characteristics are achieved by Toshiba CMOS technology and the magnetic coupling structure. In addition, they comply with UL 1577 and has a 3000Vrms rating as a withstand isolation voltage. These products can operate with a temperature range of -40 to 125 °C and a wide supply voltage of 2.25 to 5.5 V.
