3 Description
– Radiation Lot Acceptance Testing (RLAT) for every wafer lot up to 30krad(Si) The SN54SC8T151-SEP data selector/multiplexer • Radiation - Single-Event Effects (SEE): provides full binary decoding to select one of eight – Single Event Latch-Up (SEL) immune up to data sources. The strobe (G) input must be at a low 50MeV-cm2/mg at 125°C logic level to enable the inputs. A high level at the – Single Event Transient (SET) characterized up strobe terminal forces the standard output (Y) low and to LET = 50MeV-cm2/mg the inverted output (W) high. • Wide operating range of 1.2V to 5.5V
