YYWWG • Case: Epoxy, Molded G • Weight: 1.1 Gram (Approximately) • A = Assembly Location Finish: All External Surfaces Corrosion Resistant and Terminal 1N540x = Device Number Leads are Readily Solderable x = 0, 1, 2, 4, 6, 7 or 8 • Lead and Mounting Surface Temperature for Soldering Purposes: YY = Year 260°C Max. for 10 Seconds WW = Work Week G = Pb−Free Package • Polarity: Cathode Indicated by Polarity Band (Note: Microdot may be in either location)
