DESCRIPTION
IRM typ. 45 mA at 125 °C The VS-15TQ060... Schottky rectifier has been optimized for TJ max. 150 °C very low forward voltage drop, with moderate leakage. The EAS 6 mJ proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable operation Package 2L TO-220AC up to 150 °C junction temperature. Typical applications are in switching power supplies, converters, freewheeling Circuit configuration Single diodes, and reverse battery protection.
