Unless otherwise noted the electrical characteristics are given for VDDI = 3.3 V, VDDO = 12 V (VDDO = 18 V for 1EDB6275F, 1EDB9275F) and no load. Typical values are given at TJ = 25°C. Min. and max. values are the lower and upper limits valid within the full operating temperature range.
