Pad Number Function Description Interface Schematic IP H This pad is AC coupled and matched to 1 IN 50 Ohms from 29 - 36 GHz. C - Power Supply Voltage for the amplifi er. External bypass 2, 3, 4, 5 Vdd1, 2, 3, 4 capacitors of 100 pF and 0.1 μF are required. RS IE This pad is AC coupled and matched to IF 6 OUT 50 Ohms from 29 - 36 GHz. L P Die Bottom GND Die Bottom must be connected to RF/DC ground. M A E IS
