Signal lines Tp5-Tp8 Test points DC pin should have 50 ohm impedance while the pack- C1 - C3 100 pF Capacitor, 0402 Pkg. age ground leads and exposed paddle should be C4 - C6 10 nF Capacitor, 0402 Pkg. connected directly to the ground plane similar to C7 - C9 4.7 µF Capacitor, Tantalum that shown. A sufficient number of via holes should U1 HmC1040lp3Ce Amplifier be used to connect the top and bottom ground pCB [2] 600-00271-00-2 evaluation pCB planes. The evaluation board should be mounted [1] Reference this number when ordering complete evaluation PCB to an appropriate heat sink. The evaluation circuit [2] Circuit Board material: rogers 4350 or Arlon 25fr board shown is available from Hittite upon request.
