OUT = 1V/A V LT6105 OUT 4.99k The input common mode range of the LT6105 also makes V – –15V 1% it suitable for monitoring either positive or negative sup- plies. Figure 7 shows one LT6105 applied as a simple V+ 5VDC positive supply monitor, and another LT6105 as a simple negative supply monitor. Note that the schematics are practically identical and both have outputs conveniently +IN –IN referred to ground. The only requirement for negative 100Ω 100Ω 20mΩ supply monitoring, in addition to the usual constraints of 1% 1% 1% +15V + – TO +15V the absolute maximum ratings, is that the negative supply POSITIVE LOAD SUPPLY to that LT6105 be at least as negative as the supply it is CURRENT FLOW monitoring.
