Adaptable Light Load Capability General Description Features The AOZ6663DI-01 is a high efficiency, easy to use, 3A
synchronous buck regulator at high switching frequency
for small form factor solution. The AOZ6663DI-01 works
from 4.5V to 18V input voltage range, and provides up to
3A of continuous output current with an output voltage
adjustable down to 0.6V.  4.5V to 18V operating input voltage range The AOZ6663DI-01 comes in a DFN 3mm x 3mm
package and is rated over a -40°C to +85°C operating
ambient temperature range.  Output voltage adjustable to 0.6V  Synchronous Buck: 145mΩ internal high-side switch and 80mΩ Internal low-side switch
