The effect of heavy-ion irradiation on the single-event latch-up performance of the LMH5401-SP highperformancedifferential amplifier is summarized in this report. Heavy-ions with an LETEFF of 83.21 MeVcm2/mg were used to irradiate production devices in 3 runs with a fluence of 1 × 107 ions/cm2 per run at125°C. The results demonstrate that the LMH5401-SP is SEL-free under all conditions.
