Die Familie bietet einen 12-Bit-ADC mit Berechnung (ADC2), mehrere Kommunikationsschnittstellen und einen Temperatursensor. zusammen mit Speicherfunktionen wie Memory Access Partition (MAP) und Device Information Area (DIA). Der 12-Bit-ADC2 automatisiert CVD-Techniken (Capacitive Voltage Divider) für erweiterte Berührungserkennung, Mittelwertbildung, Filterung, Überabtastung und automatischen Schwellenwertvergleich. Die Produkte verfügen außerdem über hochwirksame Energieverwaltungsfunktionen wie CPU-IDLE / DOZE-Modi, Peripheriemodul-Deaktivierung (PMD) und Peripherie-Pin-Auswahl (PPS).
