Detaillierte Beschreibung
Sie eignen sich aufgrund ihrer integrierten Ladepumpe, des Hochstrom-E / A-Laufwerks für die Hintergrundbeleuchtung und der Batteriesicherung der Echtzeituhr / des Echtzeitkalenders (RTCC) besonders für batteriebetriebene LCD-Anwendungen. Die aktive Taktabstimmung des HFINTOSC bietet eine hochgenaue Taktquelle über Spannung und Temperatur. Die Familie verfügt außerdem über einen neuen 12-Bit-ADC2, der die Techniken des kapazitiven Spannungsteilers (CVD) für erweiterte Berührungserkennung, Mittelwertbildung, Filterung, Überabtastung und automatischen Schwellenwertvergleich automatisiert. Weitere neue Funktionen sind die IDLE- und DOZE-Modi mit geringem Stromverbrauch, der Geräteinformationsbereich (DIA) und die Speicherzugriffspartition (MAP). Dieses stromsparende Produkt wird mit 64 Pins angeboten, um den Kunden bei verschiedenen LCD- und Allzweckanwendungen zu unterstützen.
